Returns & Refunds
We offer a straightforward 30 days return window for eligible items.
| Standard Items | You have the right to return unused, unwashed, and unopened items within 30 days of receipt. |

| Exemptions | For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, used, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt. |

No Restocking Fees
In the event of an eligible return, R & K Pet Shop charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
