Generation, series and pet numbers matter to the people buying these, so we copy them from the manufacturer's box onto the product page. Gen 7. Series 4. Pets #67 and #66. If a box states an age guidance, that guidance appears on the page exactly as printed. Nothing is described as rare, retired or exclusive unless the packaging itself uses the word — collectible pricing runs on trust, and inflated language is the fastest way to lose it.

Surprise packs are sealed by the manufacturer and the figure inside is random by design. We list the full range a bag can contain so you know what is possible, but we cannot and do not sell a specific figure from a sealed pack. Anyone offering to is either opening the bags or guessing. The miniature house kits sit at the opposite end: they arrive flat, with every part, the LED unit and the instructions, and building one is an afternoon rather than a minute.

Orders ship within the United States and prices are in US dollars. We ship in the manufacturer's packaging inside an outer carton, but we cannot promise mint-condition boxes on arrival — couriers are couriers. If a box reaches you crushed or a sealed pack is damaged, contact us with a photograph and the return and refund policy applies. Opened blind bags cannot be returned.
